What You’ll Be Doing
As our Front Desk & Event Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in both guest services and event support.
Responsibilities include:
Guest Experience & Front Desk Support
- Welcome clients, guests, and event participants
- Check guests in and out
- Serve as a friendly and professional first point of contact
- Answer questions and help guests feel comfortable and informed
Event Coordination Support
- Assist with event logistics before and during execution
- Help clients understand how their event day will flow
- Support group outings, fundraisers, corporate events, and private gatherings
- Coordinate details with team members and vendors as needed
Facility Tours & Client Support
- Show prospective clients around the property
- Explain lodge, pavilion, and course event options
- Help guests understand event packages and logistics
- Assist groups as they get started on event day
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized records
- Support scheduling and communication
- Handle basic office and front desk administrative tasks
- Keep details organized and running smoothly
