If you’re feeling hesitant about learning to shoot a shotgun, don’t worry! We were nervous at one point as well. Every single one of us at Etowah Valley Sporting Clays had a first time when we picked up and shot a shotgun. You could also place a bet on each of us remembering the exact moment, feeling and place where we shot it too!

At Etowah Valley Sporting Clays, we are excited to share our passion and expertise with beginning shooters. Rod Harris (NSCA Level 1 Shooting Instructor) Craig Peer (NSCA Level 1 Shooting Instructor) and Tim Owens (NSSA and NSCA Level 1 Instructor) all have a passion for teaching youth and adult beginners.

Our talented, experienced and caring instructors can give you lessons that are individualized and private. They also offer group lessons if you have a group of friends or family members interested in learning how to shoot, and how to do it safely.
